What will be your challenge?
Reporting directly to our HR Manager, your mission will consist of carrying out the recruitment process from A to Z with executive profiles in the IT and digital sector.
Focus on your missions:
– Understand and analyze the needs of your internal customers,
– Write and distribute attractive job offers,
– Participate in the development of the sourcing strategy,
– Analyze the applications received,
– Select the candidates on the basis of pre- telephone qualifications,
– Conducting physical interviews,
– Ensuring pro-active follow-up throughout the recruitment process, both with candidates and your internal clients
Why are you our ideal Recruitment Officer?
– You have a bac + 5 with ideally a specialty in Human Resources
– You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the field of IT
– You have proven interpersonal and editorial skills
– You are responsive!
